Job Description

TPS Group of Companies is currently looking to add an Account Manager (Northern Ontario) to our growing team.

Skills & Experience:

You are a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality. You are skilled at generating your own leads through cold calling, research, networking and driving sales results in your territory
You are tenacious. Our sales cycle can be on the longer side, so you have to be willing to work accounts until the client has a need
You enjoy building relationships and creating a bond and rapport with clients
You are customer centric
You have exceptional time management skills. Account Managers enjoy a great sense of autonomy. In order to be successful, you must organize and balance your activities appropriately (prospecting, selling, and account management) to create results
You have a “yes” approach to customer service. You have computer skills to learn and use industry tools and programs
Willing to travel across Northern Ontario
You hold a valid G driver’s license
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Developing new business leads
Follow up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
Ensuring all communication with new or existing customers is logged in the system
Preparing and analyzing data to build a sales pipeline
Offering professional, effective, and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
Handing customer concerns effectively
Working and attending trade shows and venues
Some after work hours and weekend work
Proficient and professional presentation skills
