Job Description

Now hiring a Recruiter to fill an immediate opening.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

· Develop and coordinate postings for job vacancies

· Pre-screen and review resumes of applicants

· Set up and conduct interviews, make recommendations

· Greet and assist walk-ins with information, interview with qualified

· Coordinate temporary job placements

· Act as a point of contact for employees on placement, as required

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients

· Attend and assist with career fairs

· Ensure compliance of all company on-boarding processes

· Update recruitment database

· Complete all administrative and document management

Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; experience in an industrial recruitment

role an asset

· Experience working in an industrial environment an asset

· Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines

· Strong customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality

· Highly developed written and oral communication skills

· Able to work both independently and as part of a team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Networking skills to liaise with potential recruits, business partners and clients · Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends required

Job Type: Full-time
