Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, this position is responsible for the maintenance of all University of Sudbury property as well as the security of its buildings, their contents and their occupants. This sometimes involves working under the guidance of the Facilities Committee of the Board and serving as a resource person for that committee. Supervision is minimal.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing repairs and carpentry;
- Class G driver’s licence;
- WHIMS training;
- First Aid Certification;
- Bilingualism (French/English, oral and written);
- College diploma in a relevant area of study or its equivalent is an asset.
