We are looking for a Business professional who can help us liaise with educational institutions in India and Canada, and help develop business opportunities around our course offerings on Edgeucated.com

We will prefer someone who is experienced in the business side of education sector and has worked with educational institutions internationally. An MBA or equivalent qualification with 10+ years of experience is desirable. Someone who can work local at Sudbury will be preferred. You must be a Canadian citizen, PR or someone with a Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop policies
• Supervise professional and support staff and students
• Perform administrative tasks
• Plan development projects
• Develop venture capital sources
• Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
• Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
• Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
• Conduct analytical marketing studies
• Set up corporations
• Develop marketing strategies
• Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia
• Develop and implement business plans
