Job Description

  • Provide substantial design services for the engineer.
  • Provide complete drafting services for the engineer.
  • Provide substantial project direction and organization.
  • Projects are typical to multi-faceted.
  • Complete all safety and company protocols.
  • Acts as a design team leader.

Required skills

+drivers license Design - Field measuring / report writing / familiar with codes (fluent) / ballpark grade estimating Design - Scoping typical and multi-faceted projects / defining design parameters / site visits; Drafting - Creating / revising / reviewing drawings with minimal supervision from the engineer. Knowledge of Makami's mining operations incl. process/equipment/general arrangements Modelling - Intro use of creating 3-D designs Project Direction - Guides the project through technical and non-technical challenges to completion Project Direction - Project to successful completion relative to the scope/schedule/budget/function. Project Organization - Documenting relevant information using project software / data bases Project Organization - Organizes/Prioritizes the execution of the project relative to other jobs
