Job Description

TPS Group of Companies is currently looking to add a Customer Sales & Service Representative to our growing team.

Skills & Experience:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a sales/marketing discipline
  • 3-5 years’ related experience
  • Customer Centric and engaging
  • Knowledge of office administration
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and CRM systems
  • English speaking required; French speaking would be an asset
  • Ability to establish and maintain above average relationships with the internal personnel and customers
  • Team building
  • Effective written, verbal and communication skills
  • Stress management skills (ability to maintain calm in high stress situations)
  • Time management skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks

Primary Duties

  • Inside sales quotations and scheduling
  • Customer inquiries and following up until the customer’s issue has been resolved to the customers 100% satisfaction
  • Making sure that payment or a financial instrument has been received, prior to scheduling
  • Assigned customer management
  • Customer relationship management
