Job Description
TPS Group of Companies is currently looking to add a Customer Sales & Service Representative to our growing team.
Skills & Experience:
- College diploma or equivalent in a sales/marketing discipline
- 3-5 years’ related experience
- Customer Centric and engaging
- Knowledge of office administration
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and CRM systems
- English speaking required; French speaking would be an asset
- Ability to establish and maintain above average relationships with the internal personnel and customers
- Team building
- Effective written, verbal and communication skills
- Stress management skills (ability to maintain calm in high stress situations)
- Time management skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Primary Duties
- Inside sales quotations and scheduling
- Customer inquiries and following up until the customer’s issue has been resolved to the customers 100% satisfaction
- Making sure that payment or a financial instrument has been received, prior to scheduling
- Assigned customer management
- Customer relationship management
